U.S.C.O. Monthly Board Meeting -  June 12, 2008                 Board Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month, 7 pm.  Monthly board meetings are required for all officers and board members.   All members of  U.S.C.O. are encouraged to attend and offer their suggestions.                                                                                                        Clan Gatherings are held every 2nd Saturday evening of each month, 6:00 pm.   "Unless otherwise specified", both meetings are regularly held at the "Church of the Savior, 5600 NW 63rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK."                                                                                                                   For additional information, please contact:  Linda Hendricks at uscoclanchief@hotmail.com . 

June 14th  -  Clan Gathering - "Celebration of Father's Day"  -  6 pm

This Gathering will be to honor our fathers.  

Give us your story.  Tell us how your father has influence your life.  

Church of the Savior,  5600 N.W. 63rd Street, OKC

• Our Clan Gatherings are covered dish, pot-luck, with U.S.C.O. providing the table wear and drinks, and if possible bring your favorite dessert.    We try to have a Silent Auction, with the funds going into the general fund of U.S.C.O.   If you have any items you would like to donate to U.S.C.O. for the Silent Auction, we certainly welcome them.  Also, if possible, we always appreciate any donation at the donor.

We need everyone's participation in the U.S.C.O. Booth - Let us know if you will be attending.

the "2nd Annual Oklahoma Celtic Music & Heritage Festival" Stillwater, OK, June 20 - 22nd  

 U.S.C.O. will have a booth setup as part of the Host Organization.  We will need as much help as you can possible afford.   There is plenty of work to go around.  We'll have our research books available to assist festival goers, with their genealogical research.   We will be able to  meet and greet a lot of people from around the general vicinity, as well as from bordering states.  We ask for as many members as possible to come out and help us show our Oklahoma spirit and goodwill.   If you're a member of U.S.C.O., we welcome you to contact Michael Shores, at mikeshores@cox.net if you can help in the U.S.C.O. booth for at least 2 hour or more and which day, Saturday or Sunday, you are available.

 Held again at the wonderful Payne County Fairgrounds -  Stillwater, OK. , "Inside and out of the wind and rain"

Also, plan to stay at the host hotel, the Stillwater Best Western, while attending the festival.  A block of rooms have been reserved, but are going fast.
